ALL  dogS  should  have  a  foster  dog  parent  to  spoil  them  a  bit . . .

. . . And all of UUR's up-and-coming and adoptable dogs do have foster godparents. These are people who love Underdogs but, for a variety of reasons, can't take on a foster of their own. Instead, they are paired with a dog who they take to classes, on walks, drives, hang out with on the couch for a while, and basically spoil.
