If looks could speak, Adoptable Underdog Hal would have already written a book in his short life. The first few chapters would have some sad and painful parts, but they would also be full of the story of wonderful people coming together to help a terrific dog. Thanks to The Mr. Mo Project, Hal made his way to us. Thanks to all our UUR supporters, Hal got the care he needed to become healthy and strong. Thanks to his amazing  foster parents, Hal is ready for the next chapters of his life. 💕
​Hal’s a BIG fan of other dogs and would love to share his home with the right canine friend. We aren’t sure about cats but suspect he could live with a dog-savvy cat after careful introductions and monitoring. He thrives in patient, structured environments and is looking for a family who will support him as he grows into his Superpowers. Hal is still learning his manners, so he’s looking for a home without small children.

Hal has graduated from basic obedience class. He and his foster mom worked SO hard and made SO much progress! We are SO PROUD of them!!
